borgmatic_cron_checks_day could become 0 in the previous configuration, causing cron to reject the /etc/cron.d/borgmatic file. This results in no backups being made.

Now borgmatic_cron_checks_day will be in a range between 1 and 28 which will result in a valid day for every possible month of a year.
