I thought Brackets was supposed to be more resilient against malfunctioning plugins. I thought Brackets had implemented some mechanisms to prevents a plugins from messing up the whole program... At least I seem to remember from looking at the endless changelogs.
This plugins made Brackets freeze completely. While the plugins author is going to fix this, I believe it's also up to the Brackets team to prevent this happening in the first place. Perhaps by detecting a freezing plugin and disabling it before telling the user about it.
