Does Brackets have a Tabout feature? #224
-
Hi, I've adopted Brackets for my coding recently and I love its features for working with code. Since Brackets has auto quotes closing, the one thing that I can't seem to find and I was wondering if it exists, is a Tabout feature: being able to get out / tab out of quotes without having to use the arrow keys. For example, I would like to be able to type log("status is: (press tab) " - and it would jump the cursot to the outside of the automatically inserted ending quotes so I can continue with inserting the variable without pressing the right arrow keys to move the cursor myself to after the closing quotes. Thanks. |

Well, I don't know how I missed it before but there is already an extension for this by Daniel Geymayer: https://github.com/dag0310/tab-out So problem solved, bliss achieved :) Thanks. |
