- detect special comment `# !EXCLUDES!` in filter file to switch meaning of following paths to exclusion mode - add parameter `exclude` to `Filter` struct to distinguish between exclusion and inclusion mode of current sub-tree - add tests for building filter tree with includes, excludes and both
