I see that this library does not support "RuPay" card type. It has been used by millions of customers in India and some other countries, promoted by Indian Govt.
I got the official list of bins from https://www.npci.org.in/PDF/nfs/circular/2015-16/NFS-OC-153-NFS-Bin-Maintenance-Annexure-A.xlsx
