Monitor mode failing to enable

Thanks so much for the driver. Worked perfectly out of the box as a station.

I had a lot of trouble getting it into monitor mode until I scanned the makefiles and found a config option to enable it. I had been getting "operation not supported errors" when trying to create the mon0 interface. With this Makefile config option in place, I can create mon0 however I don't see any packets using tshark or airodump-ng. The tools start properly, but they don't show any traffic.

Can you provide any pointers on what to try?
