ffmpeg-android v0.4

This is the initial release of ffmpeg-android, a fork of https://github.com/dakdroid/ffmpeg-android .

Changes:

• Disable assembly optimizations for x86 to avoid text relocations, which causes failures on recent versions of Android. (#2)
• Build only x86 and armeabi-v7a targets. (#1)
