Publisher info is flashing

Description

When you open the panel and close it on the same page multiple times, panel is flashing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. enable rewards
2. go to https://clifton.io/
3. open panel
4. close it
5. repeat

Actual result:

Publisher info is appearing and disappearing

Expected result:

Publisher info should persist when you are on the same page
