Font color for onboarding v2 for dark theme is too light for import screens

Text isn't legible for two of the import screens for onboarding v2 in dark theme.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use 1.47.x or 1.48.x
2. Go to brave://welcome and go to Import screen screens.
3. Text isn't legilble and font color should be darker
