Can you reproduce this crash?

What steps will reproduce this crash? (If it's not reproducible, what were you doing just before the crash?)

  1. I saved a file with Brave (on MacOS Catalina)
  2. Then the GUI freezes
  3. The CPU goes high for the brave process and stays in this state forever
  4. I have to kill the process and restart Brave
  5. This is annoying
  6. The freeze doesn't happen for every downloaded file, I would say it's 50/50 chances.
  7. This is linked with this issue Brave freezes after save or upload window closed #23697
