Both Win x64 & Android ARM just need to run through a basic spot check as affected areas were checked via #26376 (comment), #26376 (comment) & #26376 (comment).

Remaining work for the above:

• Win x64 - simple spot check to ensure that 109.0.5414.74 hasn't caused any obvious regressions
• Android ARM - simple spot check to ensure that 109.0.5414.74 hasn't caused any obvious regressions
• macOS x64 - needs to check affected area's Upgrade from Chromium 108 to Chromium 109. #26376 (comment)
  • note, the C109 -> C109 upgrade was completed using Nightly and updated via Upgrade from Chromium 108 to Chromium 109. #26376 (comment). See scenario 4 in that comment.
• Linux - simple spot check to ensure that 109.0.5414.74 hasn't caused any obvious regressions as the affected areas checks were completed via Upgrade from Chromium 109.0.5414.46 to Chromium 109.0.5414.61 #27581 (comment).
