The only CI failures are known audit-network entries.

Uplift into 1.4.x approved after deliberating with @brave/uplift-approvers. Looks like audit-network failed on both Linux and macOS as per brave/brave-browser#8054 (comment) which is a known issue that's not specific to this PR.

Please make sure that all the correct labels are being used and the associated issue(s) is moved into the correct milestone.
