This approach relies more heavily on surrounding structure than I would like, but it resolves #56 in the most efficient/reliable way I can think of at this time. Ultimately the
[jsname]attribute was treated in practice as being unique within the document, similar to an[id]attribute. This wasn't the case, and therefore a more exhaustive selector was needed.
