This is the Ultibo port of the Ararat Synapse synchronous socket library, all features except SSL/TLS are available including serial port support.
A zip file containing the source plus examples and documentation of the latest release can be found at:
https://github.com/ultibohub/AraratSynapse/releases
No installation is required, simply unzip the contents of the downloaded release into a folder of your choice and add the path of the \source\lib
folder to "Other unit files" in the Lazarus Project options.
A number of examples from the original Synapse download have been ported to Ultibo and can be found at:
https://github.com/ultibohub/Examples/tree/master/Synapse
These examples are already included in the release above and do not need to be downloaded separately.
Note that these examples will NOT appear in the Lazarus Tools, Example projects... menu because they are part of the Synapse install and not the Ultibo installation.
