This allows using any version in the 2.0 series greater or equal
to 2.0.2, making it easier to use this module with others
requiring higher versions.

I'm completely fine with this, but I do have a question: how does the version of generic-pool which node-postgres uses conflicting with another version in another package? I thought npm was supposed to solve that.

About the conflict: npm resolves it by installing two version. It still works, but it's a waste of space...
