fix(terraform): remove redundant nested definitions

when we scan a folder with main.tf (module number 2) and it call to third/main.tf (module number 3) that call to four/main.tf (module number 4)
and we also have a module that use module 2 (this is module 1) in examples/main.tf

  -> 3 -> 4

  <- 1

we want to have these definitions:
1
1->2
1->2->3
1->2->3->4

and not:
2
2->3
2->3->4
3
3->4
4
