This MR removes the
scopeVarsparameter fromwalkas it was unused.This MR adds a
noExecuteparameter towalkthat suppresses CallExpression execution. However, CallExpression will still validate its content and return FAIL if needed.This allows FunctionExpression to define a function without invoking that function's body.
