Goal
Fix two issues with crashes not containing the correct information:
userinfo specified in theconfigurationwas not included in crash event payloadssessioninfo was not included in crash event payloads if the session had been manually resumedTesting
E2E scenario amended to check crash-time user info specified in the config.
Session resumption bug was identified and verified in a dependant notifier project.
