Enable Pikaday widget on datetime fields

Because entering date manually according to the specified format is difficult for end users.

pikaday doesn't show time though - so it's still hard to select an actual datetime without just knowing the format.

It just eases one part of pain. We can use a fork of pikaday with time support.
