support arduino:samd Core using new Arduino API for versions >= 1.8.10 #66

The arudino:samd core migrated to the "new Arduino API" at version >= 1.8.10. The new Arduino API has a number of backwards compatibility issues, and breaks AUnit. See arduino/ArduinoCore-samd#587 for more details. Some of this might be fixable. This is the tracking bug.

AceTime will not support ArduinoCore-api in the foreseeable future. So it will not support the Arduioncore-samd >= 1.8.10. Closing.
