Problem

Gene query restrictions always use total sample count, even when the user has selected a case set that reduces the number of samples.

Reproduction

  1. Select the curated set of non redundant studies
  2. Select Query by Gene
  3. Select Cases with both mutations and copy number alterations data (28145) from case sets
  4. Enter 35 genes:
A1BG A1CF A2M A2ML1 A2MP1 A3GALT2 A4GALT A4GNT A12M1 A12M2 A12M3
A12M4 AAAS AABT AACS AACSP1 AADAC AADACL2 AADACL3 AADACL4 AADACP1
AADAT AAGAB AAK1 AAMDC AAMP AANAT AAR2 AARD AARS1 AARS1P1 AARS2
AARSD1 AASDH AASDHPPT
  1. This should be under the limit, but the query limit error still appears
