Updated the phidgets notebooks from the lesson-plans repo, so they run under JupyterLite. Created a new directory for this, called lesson-plans, so the Callysto Jupyterlite repo is organized.
These plant notebooks use Phidgets, Anywidgets, and load data into the cloud. All these features needed to be updated for Jupyterlite.

Updated lesson plans notebooks so that they can be run in JupyterLite. Notebooks that cannot be run in JupyterLite and have difficulty/impossible fixes have Google Collab links attached to the notebooks.
