The default folder for test definitions was added to https://github.com/camaraproject/Template_Lead_Repository
Housekeeping as described in camaraproject/Governance#98 - Creating code/Test_definitions/README.md
'.feature' file currently in https://github.com/camaraproject/QualityOnDemand/blob/main/code/cucumber/src/test/resources/feature/QoD_API_Test.feature was copied to the default folder
