LASSO is a user-friendly interface created with R-Shiny for fitting LASSO models and visualizing results.

Installation Instructions

1. Install R (https://www.r-project.org/)

2. Install RStudio (https://rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/)

3. Clone this repo using any of the options in the Code dropdown menu on github

4. Open app.R and click run app in the top right of RStudio

5. Follow in-app instructions to get started
