console: automated cluster updates

Description

some stuff about the new "automated update" feature... really not sure if it is even necessary to have that included, since it should be fairly visible in the console-app itself.

the change will be affecting the create cluster page:

and there will be a new item in the cluster-settings:

@christinaausley wdyt? should there be something in the docs about that? i have really mixed feelings... (ok, i lied - i think it is sufficient to have it in console... but WDIK!?)

When should this change go live?

the feature will be launched ~ 2023-07-20
