- adds support for eyooso-z11 device: eyooso-z11 #12 - a second real device
- a bit of docs reorganization/updates
- moving more hardware initialization to be keyboard-specific
- expanding pin/register/bit definitions in kbdef.h files
- cut down example source for now
- macros for more convenient control PWM control
