Adding documentation for the precondition feature i just add.

I wanted a way to prevent the modal to be show in some condition.
Since i'm not a native english speaker, i don't know if the term "precondition" is a correct and understanded word. Feel free to propose a other name for this "feature"
I hope i follow the guidelines well enough and i hope this feature is as usefull as i think it be.
