Describe the bug

AoE cones from ammo are fixed in range, unaffected by any range bonus from the gun itself. This makes balancing a pain since it precludes things like tighter-choked or longer-barrel shotguns, and is especially hindering to things like the flintlock weapons where a good chunk of the range variation is tied to the weapon instead of the ammo.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Spawn in a flintlock pistol and musket.
  2. Load them with paper shot ammo. You may need to revert changes in Remove AoE from buckshot and flechette ammo until it's fixed #2792 if this is merged by the time one goes about testing.
  3. Observe that range is still 12, not 18 like it would be if it was gaining the +6 from its weapon.
