I.e. in a company of 3 women and 1 man, if the man speaks for 25% of the time, the mens relative speaking time is 50%.

This is a feature that will add the possibility to enter the number of dudes and the number of non-dudes and also display the "relative speaking time".
If for instance in a company of 3 women and 1 man the women speak 75% of the time and the men (man) speaks 25% of the time, the mens "relative speaking time" is 50% since.
