It seems an update version of OpenSSL is causing an error downloading some datasets from ICES and York Region:
SSLError(SSLError(1, '[SSL: UNSAFE_LEGACY_RENEGOTIATION_DISABLED] unsafe legacy renegotiation disabled (_ssl.c:997)')))
It looks like a workaround may be available here.
