This feature/fix updates the Preview and Forms-Forms to only show a Review page if a form has multiple pages (groups).
Test
I tested by checking there was no Review page on a single-page form in Preview and published in a Forms-form.
Then also checking there was a Review page on a multi-page form in Preview and published in a Forms-form.
