Description
JS is broken on read contract + proxy pages due to the
#sanctionselement not existing. This PR adds the data + element to relevant controllers and templates.See https://explorer.celo.org/mainnet/token/0x471EcE3750Da237f93B8E339c536989b8978a438/read-proxy for an example
Tested
