…false|true. if set to true, ostream-bufferlist will create and execute write operation in rbox_save_continue. modified ostream-bufferlist. creates and executes rados write operation in o_stream_buffer_sendv if enabled. removed o_stream_buffer_write_at implementation (unused). changed test_storage_mock_rbox.cpp:ostream test functions to match new constructor. removed test for o_stream_buffer_write_at
