The alternate storage is based on try-and-error. If the mail file cannot be found in the standard location a second try with the alternate location will be performed. We could use the alternate location as an alternate pool name using the same try-and-error principle.

supports the doveadm movealt command with rbox storage plugin.
 
- mail flag MAIL_INDEX_MAIL_FLAG_BACKEND is set in case mail has been
moved to alt storage.
