The mail compression is handled by the zlib-plugin. Make sure that this works with our storage plugin.

RBOX_METADATA_PHYSICAL_SIZE is set in every case. (compare dbox)

 - physical_size in dovecot index represents the plain msg size.
   (TODO: do not write physical_size to index in case msg is
compressed).
 . TODO: currently reading a mail involves at least two rados calls
(stat and get object)
