They will be installed now. But Jan should refactor the header directory structure. The interface subdirectory is a burden. We should have a flat design and rename the implementation to to impl or something like that.

- deleted interface directory
- moved all interfaces to librmb directory
- renamed interface implementations to *-impl.h
- renamed interfaces from *-intefaces.h to *.h
