This adds a fast gamma implementation. The Rust version is 4-5x faster. Since the result is guaranteed to be normalized, I also added assume_normalized=True, which makes it 5-7x faster than the old implementation for RGB/grayscale images. RGBA images are slower to do in Rust, so they are only around 3-4x faster.
