- Create a
Point
val point = Point(latitude = 1.0, longitude = 2.0)
- Incorporate point into a
Feature
val feature = Feature(geometry = point)
- Then incorporate feature into a
FeatureCollection
val featureCollection = FeatureCollection(1, listOf(feature))
- For each GeoJson object, you can call
toJson()
val geoJsonText = featureCollection.toJson()
- Parsing :
val geoJsonObjectOut: FeatureCollection = FeatureCollection.fromJson(geoJsonText)
To serialize and parse GeoJson you need to register special adapter to GSon
val gson = GsonBuilder()
// registering KGeoGson adapter here
.registerGeoJsonTypeAdapters()
.create()
