Replace d.save_full_session with d.save_resume (thx @pyroscope)

  • we don't need to save frequently the original meta (torrent) file, it's saved at the beginning
  • remove couple of them that are not needed

Also refactor couple of timestamp related commands:

  • set timestamp events to fire up at an early stage (except for tm_last_scrape)

Requires rTorrent-PS-CH 1.7.0 !
