Add timestamp last_xfer custom field into rtorrent config files (thx @pyroscope):

  • d.custom=last_xfer for items that transfer data
  • schedule updating it in every 17 seconds
  • pyro.last_xfer.min_rate min uprate/downrate threshold for last_xfer custom field in Bytes
    • default value is 5000
