🗣 Description

This pull request updates dependencies across the image configuration including:

• Python 3.12.0 to 3.12.2
• Alpine Linux 3.18 to 3.19
• Python setuptools package from 69.1.0 to 69.1.1
• cisagov/skeleton-python-library from 0.0.1 to 0.2.0
  • Configuration was updated to accommodate the changes here.

Note

I am creating this pull request against a branch that will represent a larger body of work. This branch will later have a pull request against develop once the body of work is completed. A new release will be cut (and a tag created) when that branch is merged into develop.

It's good to stay up-to-date.
