CKAN 2.8 with Bootstrap 3 All versions of CKAN

Please describe the expected behaviour

When a large logo image is used, it should scale down to a maximum set height.

Please describe the actual behaviour

When a large logo image is used, it does not get scaled down to a maximum height.

What steps can be taken to reproduce the issue?

Open a portal running CKAN 2.8 and update an image with size larger than 500px in width.
