This script accompanies the manuscript "The perils of automated fitting of datasets: the case of a wind turbine cost model" which assesses the quality of the cost model in Rinne et al..
The script reproduces the figures of the individual turbines that we employ as counter examples. The individual parameter values are taken from a larger commercial database, that we can not share freely. We publish the turbine data of the highlighted turbines, however to reproduce the histogram in Figure 2 the complete dataset would have to be purchased from thewindpower.net.
