Initial Release

Initial release for Complexity Net: a neural network which allows for estimating perceptual complexity of scene images.

Weights for the neural network (complexity_net.pt) and compressed source code are available here, if required.

However, you are recommended to use the git repository for source code. Future versions of this repository will remain compatible with provided weights unless otherwise specified.
