향후 클라우드 기본 정보 제공 및 등록 처리를 위한, Cloud 정보 asset화 추진
- assets/cloudinfo.yaml 에 클라우드 기본 정보 및 전체 리전, 존 정보를 추가하여, 사용자는 신경쓰지않고 정보 활용
- 해당 파일의 업데이트는 운영자에 의해서 정책적으로 업데이트 되는 것을 가정함
- 단, 편의를 위해서 각종 업데이트 도구들이 도입될 수 있음
  - PR에서 추가된 scripts/misc/update-cloudinfo.py 의 경우 aws의 최신 정보(리전,존,명칭)를 AWS CLI를 통해 수집하고, 대략적인 위경도 위치를 조회하여, 정보를 갱신 및 비교하는 방법을 제공하며, 사용자가 임시 결과 파일 cloudinfo-review.yaml 를 기준으로 직접 검토하며, assets/cloudinfo.yaml를 갱신할 수 있도록 함.
  - scripts/misc/cloudinfo-review.yaml 는 update-cloudinfo.py의 결과물인 임시 파일이며, 향후 삭제될 예정
assets/cloudinfo.yaml가 아직 시스템 내부에 도입되지는 않았음.

기타 마이너 업데이트가 PR에 포함되어 있음.
