  1. JSRPC: Guard wildcard method behind feature flag. 

    It turns out that there exists code in the wild which explicitly detects binding types based on the presence of certain methods, and also code in the wild which appears to call RPCs by accident. It's unclear if anyone is actually broken, but out of an abundance of caution, we'd better put this behind a compat flag.
