UI design for the Issue #87

This PR addresses issue #87 by implementing designs of the few UI. Here’s a summary of the changes made:

• Added: New files and components to facilitate ongoing work on the new UI. This allows us to continue checking and refining the design while keeping the old pages intact until the revamp is complete.

• Pages Designed: AppBar, Footer, Mobile Responsive Sidebar, Login, Signup, Profile, Edit Profile, Bookmarks, Leaderboards (General and Contest), Profile, Edit Profile, OTP Authentication, SSO Callback, Forgot Password, 404 Not Found

Notes:

• Screenshots of the UI designed are attached in the link below for reference.
• Some pages do not yet have full mobile responsiveness yes; these will be added in subsequent commits.

Please review the changes or provide any feedback. Your input will be invaluable in finalizing the design and ensuring a smooth user experience.

@Smnthjm08 have some problems to solve it out. As last PR is also mine which is causing conflicts so I helped him. All credits of UI UX to him
