Add support for defining field configurations via field.config.fieldname in crawl settings

We have introduced a new feature that allows defining field configurations through field.config.fieldname in the parameter of the crawl settings. This enhancement facilitates more flexible and granular control over field-specific behaviors, such as caching and overwriting field values during the crawling process.
