There already exist library requests of both matplotplusplus and matplotlib-cpp:

It seems that some contirbutors tried to merging matplotlib-cpp packages, but it failed:

If it has some obstacles of merging matplotlib-cpp, why not trying to merge matplotplusplus?

Doesn't look like matplotplusplus suffers from the same python dependencies as matplotlib-cpp does - I'm sure a PR would be welcome

matplotplusplus requires gnuplot at runtime, not available in conan-center
