Summary
Changes to recipe: mpdecimal/2.5.x
Motivation
Fix mdpecimal cross-compilation on MSVC. The problem occurs because it requires an unnecessary library automake/1.16.5 (m4), which should be in the MSYS2 installation. Fix after found bug #24794
